It is located in the historical centre, close to Pruhonice Mansion and a wonderful evergreen park. It also enjoys perfect connections to Prague and the adjacent Ceslice Shopping Centre. The apartment house has an intentionally simple mass conception. The basic form is a CUBE with the mass of bow-windows and plat-bands standing out. The segmentation of the building underscores the material resolution which comprises facing materials and coloured plaster. The apartment house consists of 10 larger luxury apartments (103÷164m2) from 3+kk to 5+kk and a bank section with a separate access. A modern elevator and an IP system video-gatekeeper are also installed. Internet (LAN), digital satellite TV (DVB-S) and terrestrial TV (DVB-T) are distributed to every residential room.
