- Floor tiles and wall tiles are considered from the company RAKO – and will be used in hall, bathrooms and toilets. Price range from 400 - 600 Kč / m² including VAT. Tiling height in bathrooms will be up to the ceiling and in the toilets the height will be 1,25m.
- Wooden floors – timber floating floor - pattern oak, oxidized, brushed, oiled. Timber floor will be in all other rooms – living rooms a bedrooms.
- Switches and sockets are from the company Schneider Electric, from the line UNICA-COLORS or BASIC.
- The radiators will be PURMO COMPACT TYPE 21 with the thermostatic head.
- Heating ladders installed in the bathrooms are from the company P.M.H. material chrome.
- All WC are designed as a wall-hung toilets with a concealed flushing module.
- Sanitary ware (sinks within the bathrooms, toilets, bidets) will be from the company Jika – line CUBITO.
- Faucet fixtures are designed as lever faucets, material chrome.
- Bathtubs are made of white acrylic.
- Shower trays are made of cast marble, color white.
- Shower screens will be made of glass.
- Entrance doors to apartments are designed as secure with four-point safety lock with sound attenuation min.37dB.
- Interior doors are designed as non-rebated – material oak veneer.
- Door fittings are from the company Cobra, line COBRA-PAUL stainless steel.
- External doors and windows are made of wooden profile AV78, spruce connecting, glazed with insulating triple glazing max. = 0.7 ug glass. Window sills in the interior will made of wood in the color of the window frame.
